By purchasing from BW Pop Up (including online, pop-up, or event purchases), you agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Returns & Eligibility
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic and skincare products, all sales are final, except as expressly stated in this policy.
Returns are accepted only for items that meet all of the following conditions:
- A return request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery or purchase date
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition, with all seals intact
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
- The item was purchased directly from BW Pop Up
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened, used, tested, or tampered products under any circumstances.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:
- Gift cards or store credit
- Sale, promotional, or discounted items
- Limited-edition or pop-up exclusive items
- Any item marked “Final Sale”
- Items purchased from third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers
3. Return Authorization & Processing
- All returns require prior written approval from BW Pop Up
- Returns are subject to inspection, verification, and approval at our sole discretion
BW Pop Up reserves the right to:
- Reject any return that does not meet eligibility requirements
- Refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations
- Dispose of non-compliant or unauthorized returns without refund or return shipment
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Additional terms:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our verified error
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- BW Pop Up is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged returns in transit
- Returns must be received (not shipped) within 14 calendar days of approval
- Processing may take up to 30 days, excluding additional time required by financial institutions
4. Pop-Up, Event & Third-Party Purchases
- All pop-up and event purchases are final sale, except for verified defective or incorrect items (see Section 5)
- Purchases made through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or partners must be handled directly with the original seller
- BW Pop Up does not process returns, refunds, or exchanges for third-party purchases under any circumstances
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact BW Pop Up within 7 calendar days of delivery.
You may be required to provide photo or video evidence.
At our sole discretion, BW Pop Up will:
- Replace the item,
- Issue a refund, or
- Provide store credit
This is the sole and exclusive remedy for defective or incorrect items.
BW Pop Up is not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Improper use, storage, or handling
- Failure to follow product instructions
- Normal wear and tear
6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
- BW Pop Up is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- Claims for missing or incorrect deliveries must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery confirmation
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information
- Orders shipped to freight forwarders or reshipping services are at the customer’s sole risk
7. Product Use, Assumption of Risk & Disclaimer
BW Pop Up products are intended for cosmetic use only.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree:
- You are responsible for reviewing all ingredient information prior to use
- You should conduct a patch test before full application
- Results may vary based on individual skin type and conditions
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BW Pop Up disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BW Pop Up shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
- Personal injury or allergic reactions
- Loss of profits or other damages arising from use or misuse of products
In all cases, BW Pop Up’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks
BW Pop Up reserves the right to:
- Refuse service, returns, or refunds at any time
- Limit or cancel orders where fraud or abuse is suspected
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting BW Pop Up may result in:
- Account suspension or termination
- Refusal of future orders
- Submission of evidence to the payment provider to dispute the chargeback
10. Policy Enforcement & Changes
This policy is enforced at BW Pop Up’s sole and reasonable discretion.
We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
