1. Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order received. Processing times are estimates only and exclude carrier transit time.
- Standard processing: 5 business days after payment authorization and verification
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, unless stated otherwise
BW Pop Up reserves the right to delay, hold, split, or cancel any order due to:
- Payment verification issues
- Suspected fraud or abuse
- Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details
- Inventory shortages or product availability
- Carrier limitations
- Events beyond our reasonable control
If no shipping timeframe is stated, orders will generally ship within 30 days in accordance with applicable law. If delays occur, we may provide notice and/or issue a refund as required.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery

Delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside our control.

- Theft after delivery
- Delivery to shared mail areas (mailrooms, lockers, front desks)
- Carrier delays after shipment
Missing package claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your order is damaged, incomplete, or lost, contact us within 7 days.
You may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Photos of packaging and items
- Description of the issue
At our discretion, we may:
- Replace the item
- Issue store credit
- Issue a refund
This is your sole remedy, except where otherwise required by law.
7. Split Shipments
We may ship orders in multiple packages. Partial shipments may occur if items are unavailable or delayed.
8. Preorders & Backorders
Preorder/backorder ship dates are estimates only and subject to change.

10. Freight Forwarders
Orders shipped to forwarding or reshipping services are at your sole risk.
